Our staff has designed and manufactured Cabs, Canopies, and ROPS used in the construction, material handling, industrial, and utility equipment industries. CIT can provide Cab fabrications ranging from shells to fully assembled turnkey solutions.
We have a design lab that is fully staffed with qualified Design Engineers. In addition, we have state-of-the-art Window based Pentium class workstations with Solid Edge v15 and Solid Works, as well as CATIA capabilities.
At CIT, we have a fully staffed prototype department solely dedicated to prototype work. We use this capability to test various aspects of a design as well as get feedback from our customer. It is quite often a critical part of the design process and we strongly believe that prototyping can reduce the overall risk and cost of a project.
Damaged containers can, in many cases, be repaired to "like new" condition for much less than the cost of buying new ones. Skilled professionals remove the old, damaged parts from containers and racks, weld on new parts, re-weld loose wires and other metal parts, and repaint, striving to make containers as "like new" as possible. Best of all -- the cost of repairing the containers is a fraction of the cost of new ones. Major or minor modifications performed per customer specifications on existing racks or containers.
